Where do we learn?

First and more important for my 'education' is Jitterbugs Club, run by Julie Oram, one of the best teachers around and a good friend. Every Wednesday night used to be in Leicester Sq, 7.30 pm but from Jan 9th will move to a new, bigger location in Marble Arch.

Another major venue is the legendary 100 Club on Oxford Street, where they do classes and live music every Monday (well that is for the swing thing anyway).

Classes are held by Martin Ellis in Fulham, every Sunday, check out their web site Swingland. My first class by the way, and where I met my dance buddy and good friend Mark! Martin is a super nice guy, he is very supportive of people who are enthusiastic about the dance, and organizes lots of nights out for dancers.
